Chrissie Hynde Shoe Owen passed away peacefully this morning at 7:20AM in the arms of Chandler and I. Born April 28, 2008, we had the pleasure of being her parents from the age of 8 weeks when she could safely leave her mother. She is survived by us and her brother Gilly. Chrissie’s favorite activities include sunbathing, going on walks, collecting smells, rolling around in the grass, smiling, sleeping, eating a strict carnivorous diet, receiving scratches, receiving belly rubs, giving nose and mouth kisses and visiting the beach. Chrissie lost a short but mighty battle with hemangiosarcoma . She spent her last days at home enjoying the sunny, spring-like late February weather. Her last days will forever be cherished.She will be forever missed and forever remembered, but she left behind her kind heart, sweet nature and the memories of all the joy she gave us. Please give all your pets some extra love in Chrissie’s memory.
