- Raleigh, NCDuring an incredibly sad emotional time, we found Celia at Faithful Companion of Raleigh to be understanding and caring. We lost our little dog Bunny and we were devastated. It was a real comfort to experience the truly understanding and kind care we received. We were able to send a graphic to be engraved on Bunny's ashes box and it turned out wonderfully. Such a loving reminder of our little Bunnichka. Thank you so much.
- Charlotte, NCThis is continued from my other post about how unprofessionaland how they have no compassion...I now know that they didnt have the right baby because I specifically asked for his left paw to be used in his pawprint because one of his toenails were crooked and the paw print they sent me was too small for my baby's paw and didnt have the crooked toenail on it. So now I wonder is the ashes I have in the box even my baby's ashes. All they can say is they have escalated my concern to corporate office. I am sure this post will be deleted like my last post was earlier today.
- Charlotte, NCI will do send this again since my other one wqs taken down. That in itself should tell you what kind of comapny this is that they don't want you to hear the good and BAD comments. My Duke was taken here on Thursday. I got a message to them on Saturday. Upon calling a young girl that was very unprofessional answered the phone and told me that everything went fine and wanted to know where to take Duke back to. I told her to have him go back to the vet as I didnt know I had an option of them bringing him to my house. Then she called me by the wrong name so I questioned her if they even had the right pet. She said Duke was the only animal they had there. She then asked if I wanted the left paw used as the paw print and I said it is a little too late now if I didnt as you just said everything went well. She told me a driver would contact me when Duke was returned to the vet. Finally on Wednesday I called back to check on my baby only to find out by Chad that Duke was delivered back to the emergency vet on Saturday eveing and no phone call from the driver. Chad says" so sorry we dropped the ball." They dropped the ball in a time like this. I have cared and loved my baby boy for 11 years and have been grieving terribly waiting on his ashes to be returned home to us only to find out they dropped the ball and my baby has been sitting there for days. They have NO COMPASSION and are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
- Charlotte, NCOn April 15th our world turned upside down. Our 5 month old puppy was on a walk with my husband, when she got spooked by a car going by and bolted out and got hit and died. This was beyond devastating. I didn't know who to call or what to do. It was after hours and a holiday. I called a vets office answering service and they referred me to Faithful Companion. They were very prompt and professional. I appreciate that very much.
- Royal Oak, MIWords will never be able to express the thankfulness I feel towards the team at Faithful Companion. My sweet baby Chloe was laid to rest on May 9 at the Veterinary office. The very next day Faithful Companion called and asked when would it be a good time to bring my baby Chloe home. The team is just incredible. The compassion, the tenderness, and the love they show with your baby is beyond words. I can never thank you enough for taking care of Chloe and bring her home to rest. May God continue to bless all of you. Joyce
- Charlotte, NCMy sweet Emma was very sick and we were unsure about when she would pass. Faithful Companion was so accommodating and were able to move our appointment up twice. They were so understanding and took excellent care of her. I had complete trust in them throughout the whole process. Absolute 10/10.
- Cleveland, OHMy Maggie passed the last day of April, I was not aware of where she was being cremated, I couldn’t be more pleased how you handled her cremation, the paw print is beautiful, thank you for making a very hard time into a great memory of Maggie, Sincerely Diana
- Royal Oak, MIOur baby shilo passed on May 6 in the morning, We knew she was on Borrowed time because of her condition. So i looked up Faithful Companion and they had many positives reviews. We took her there the morning she passed. They were very compassionate and professional. They had her returned to us the next day and said sorry for your loss. They have very good hours 7 days a week. I would recommend!
- Nashville, TNThe staff at Faithful Companions were so compassionate and efficient. They made a very emotionally difficult time easier and just handled everything for me. The lady who delivered my pet’s ashes to me even went beyond the call of duty helping me catch 2 dogs I had recently rescued who had gotten out of the fence. I highly recommend them.
- Royal Oak, MIOn April 30, 2022 our beloved friend and companion took his last breath here at home with us. Our intention was to have him cremated but it was late on a Saturday afternoon and we did not know what to do. We called a local emergency pet clinic and they connected us with Faithful Companion. They are the MOST COMPASSIONATE people I have ever met. They did not rush the procedure but were so caring and understanding of our feelings. They picked up our Doc @ 6:35 PM Saturday and returned him to us Sunday morning at 9:15 AM. He was brought up to our door in a very tender moment by the driver who said I have your baby Doc for you. When your whole world just fell apart they gave him back to us with so much love.
