Wow! I have never met an organization that everyone you talk to has such compassion for you and your situation.

We recently lost our beloved Coco and there was a mixup from the veterinarian’s office on the delivery of her cremains and also the material they used for her paw print. One of your drivers (it might have been Art) made sure our girl was returned on 5/11 (we lost her on 5/10) and I’m sure they had to squeeze in the stop because of the mixup. But they were so kind and compassionate when they brought her and it was so very comforting.

On 5/12 I called your office to see if there was anything that could be done to get a more permanent paw print and Patti from your team jumped into action and assisted us in getting a new paw print in clay from the paw print the veterinarian’s office used. It turned out beautiful and Patti personally called me several times throughout the process to ensure everything was perfect. Ray, one of the drivers who picked up the piece so the clay print could be made was so kind and also called to make sure everything turned out. Every single person we interacted with from Faithful Companions were so very, very kind and compassionate and I cannot express how much it meant to my entire family that although our paths hadn’t crossed until 5/11/20 they treated us like family and made sure at a difficult time of losing our fur baby they did whatever they could to help us to bring her home and have a keepsake.
