With tears still in my eyes, we’re writing this to say “Thank You” for the compassion and caring your team showed during this difficult time, losing our beloved Kodiak. Losing him has been so devastating, but we cannot explain how much weight was taken off our shoulders, by how well he was taken care of and brought back home to us in 24 hours. His paw print is so perfect and gives us great comfort knowing he is still with us. Your Customer Service Representative Chris Toepp, offered his heartfelt condolences in such a loving and sympathetic manner. We appreciated him allowing us the time and space we needed to say our good byes. Kodiak has crossed the “Rainbow Bridge” and is now harassing and playing like old times with his mom, Jazmine. They will forever be in our hearts.
