We lost our Rottweiler Kilo yesterday unexpectedly. Your company sent a man over immediately to collect our dog and take him to be cremated. The gentleman was so kind and understanding, I was nervous about sending Kilo with someone we didn’t know but he made my husband and I feel right at ease. The next morning Kilo’s remains were delivered to us personally in a beautifully engraved box along with his paw print. The gentleman who brought him home was just as kind and understanding as the gentleman who picked him up. I can’t say enough good things about how easy they made this extremely difficult decision.
