we had to put our dog of almost 14 years down yesterday. my wife, son, and i wanted wanted to keep her remains and faithful companions was suggested by the vet we used. once we got there Dan was very sympathetic with us and walked us through the entire process. he answered every question we had and even let my son turn the machine on to cremate her. im also glad he suggested getting the bigger urn to place items in it. the waiting room was nice and comfortable and we new there would be zero mix up since we placed our girl in the crematorium that was right in the room with us which was my wife’s biggest fear. we went with the basic wooden urn and had Gabby engraved on it. it’s simple but extremely nice. thank you for everything you did for us!
