Wonderful and very compassionate. We lost our Lulu over Memorial Day Weekend, very tragically and sudden. It was our first dog we ever lost so we were unsure of the process and what to do. The staff at OVRS guided us through it and Faithful companion was at the animal hospital to pick her up that night. We had her brought home to us the next day. Wonderful and compassionate people, and I was able to get a beautiful clay pawprint I have framed. The card and pamphlet was also very comforting to receive as well. Thank you for helping us during the hard final moments of our beloved family member.
