It was so hard to say goodbye to our babies Hudson and Macy. The next morning was the task of having them creamated. I had never had that experience before. When we arrived we were met at the front entrance and the door was held for us as we brought in our babies. Hope who was so sweet explained everything to us. She was patient and kind. She allowed us to place Hudson and Macy in the cardboard casket the way we wanted them to be positioned before creamation. I was so happy about that. Two hours later we were presented with their ashes in a beautiful keepsake urn. Thank you so much for all your gentleness, compassion and kindness. I will always recommend Faithful Companion because they truly understand the LOVE we have for our pets. Thank you so much for all your tender-loving-care.
