Losing our Napoleon on Sunday of Memorial weekend 2021 has been incredibly devastating. I was so surprised they had him back with us, in his home, the very next day (on the Memorial Day holiday). I honestly did not expect to have him home so quickly. Ray, at the Royal Oak facility, has gone above and beyond to show true concern and compassion when his paw print in clay was missing. He made it his mission to find it, working with the veterinary clinic where it was made, and he did find it. I realize his paw print is a small thing, but it means a lot to me and my husband. Thank you, Faithful Companion, and a big thanks to Ray for showing true compassion and kindness, and for not giving up; it has been truly appreciated.
