We lost our fur girl very suddenly and already had been through the wringer with a heartless, money-grubbing vet hospital. Faithful Companion let me make arrangements directly with them and pay off the cost over a time that we could afford. They were patient and kind, even letting me cry it out over the phone a few times, and they showed nothing but respect. Their decency and sincere condolences made our pain at losing our dear kitty a little easier to bear. At least she’s been in good hands, and now she’ll be brought home again by someone who cares about what she means to us. Thank you.
