Oliver was my fourth fur baby that I have brought to Faithful Companion. I had the Oliver for 17 years, and it still was to short of a time. Every time I was able to stay with my babies through the whole procedure, but due to COVID-19 I could not this time. Your representative (Patty) knew it bothered me, and was very patient, and sympathetic that I could not stay. I accidentally ordered the wrong urn the large instead of the small, and even though I made the mistake Patty went above and beyond to correct my mistake. All three experiences prior to this one have been met with patience, and compassion, but this time because of Patty it went to the next level. Thank you so much Patty, and everyone that took care of my Oliver.
