When he called me I was so devastated I couldn’t answer.
Roger was kind enough to text me.
I could feel his compassion and he offered sincere condolences.

In the past, waiting for my pets remains were the toughest part. This time, Cecil was home with us in less than 24 hours !
I couldn’t believe it.

To add, my gorgeous boys remains came in the most beautiful, engraved box. I have never seen anything like it.
You have definitely gone above and beyond to make a devastating time a lot less stressful.
