This establishment has the kindest workers. My heart was broken the day I lost my fur baby. Turns out the Urn I had picked out was discontinued. Wesley, the worker who was taking care of my beloved Boomer, called me, helped me by texting me new pictures and examples of Urns. He shared his loss of his beloved pet also. He reassured me that my dog was being treated with the respect and dignity he deserved. In a time of trauma and pain, the compassion and kindness this man showed me was way above and beyond. He even called me the same day to let me know when my sweet Boomer was delivered back to the clinic for me to pick up and take home. I’ll forever be thankful for the love and compassion I was shown.
