On July 25, 2019 we had to make the heart breaking decision to let our precious little boy Scooby go to Heaven. We called Tom at Faithful Companion and asked him for his help. Tom sent a young man by the name of Jeremy to meet us at the veterinary clinc that same morning. Jeremy was sitting patiently waiting for us when we stepped out of the room. At that moment we knew Scooby was in Loving care. Jeremy took the time to explain everything to us and never made us feel rushed. He told us about a paw print he could make right from Scooby’s paw, also about many other keepsakes we could order from the website such as a charm with ashes and a digitalized print of Scooby’s paw on a pendant. Jeremy and another young man Preston , delivered our little boy as promised in a beautiful urn and sympathy card from Faithful companion to our house. All the keepsakes we ordered are of great quality and beautifully made. This was our first time having to lose a loving pet and we were not sure what to expect. We feel Tom and Faithful Companion ‘s gave Scooby the love and dignity he deserved, he was even transported to the crematory in a litte bed. This made us feel like they really cared about us and our little boy. Thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts.
