My loving Beagle Jax passed on 8/9/19. I brought him to his favorite Vet Hospital Midwest in Orland Park Il.. They made a clay paw print that came back with the urn.
Midwest went over the affordable options for the cremation by Faithful Companion in Cedar Lake In.. They did a wonderful job with a beautiful wooden urn a card a bag and they hand delivered his remains straight to the house 8/13/19. A total class act I give Faithful Companion in Cedar Lake In.. 10 out of 10 stars and highly recommend them.
