On Saturday night March 31st my daughter’s dog unexpectedly passed away. It was 10:30 p.m. when we found the phone number online. My wife called hoping to get an answering machine with hours of operation is recorded message. The phone was answered by Joellen who informed us that her husband Tom would be available for us in the morning(Easter Sunday). We were contacted the next morning and given a 10:30 am appointment. We met with Patrick who couldn’t have been nicer. He was patient and kind. He called me the next day to inform me that Nalas remains were ready to be picked up again Patrick was helpful and kind.
