Our beloved dog Grover of 16 years passed away last week and we contacted Faithful Companion for a cremation service. We worked with John who was amazing. He was considerate, understanding, patient (allowing us to grieve and say goodbye as much as we needed), compassionate and so kind that we had no reservations about leaving our baby in his care. He made a beautiful mold of our baby’s paw and the engraved cremation box Grover returned home in the next day was beautiful. We are so grateful to have found Faithful Companion and will refer all of our fellow pet lovers here. A special thank you again to John for assisting with a dignified send off for Grover and restoring our peace of mind.
