For us loosing our German Shepherd Dexter was extremely unexpected. From the initial phone call with Russ to the two amazing ladies that facilitated picking him up and returning him it was an amazing experience. Everyone was so compassionate and listened to us talk about our boy. They all made an extremely hard process as smooth as could be. Thank you all again. Rest In Peace Dexter ♥️
