I just want to say how much I appreciate Faithful Companions and especially Russ. He was so sweet and professional during the whole process. The main thing I will always remember is as soon as he heard my baby had passed he wanted to know his name and he never called him anything but Roscoe the whole time. We called another place and their first question was how much did he weigh. We decided to go with Faithful Companions and I am so glad we did. This was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do and Russ made things as easy as possible for me. Thank you for everything.
