Rick and Marianne Galeazzi

Our beloved Logan passed away on April 2, shortly after 10pm. We had already decided to use Faithful Companion,if we were in FL when he passed. My husband called and left a voicemail. We received a call a few minutes later and Michelle explained what choices we had and we decided to keep Logan home and meet her in the morning. Michelle met us at the door and treated us with kindness. She really helped us get through a very difficult time. She did not try to sell us anything more, but I did notice the paw print and I am so glad that we purchased one. We highly recommend them and have told all of our friends who are pet parents about them.
