Faithful Companion goes above and beyond to provide extraordinary service to their customers. I dealt with Joe at the Cleveland (Twinsburg) location and his compassion and generosity was unsurpassed during a very challenging time for our family. The rest of the team was also professional, thoughtful and kind. Our beloved pet was returned to us quickly (less than 24 hours) and respectfully.
