I just want to sincerely thank you guys for always being prompt, professional, and courteous during what is otherwise an unbearably painful process. Your company has cremated two of my beloved dogs since March 2018, and on both occasions I’ve been overwhelmed and sick with grief. The staff that have come to collect my dogs, as well as the drivers who have returned the urns to me the next day, have been kind and understanding, and the urns themselves are beautiful. Thank you so much ❤️
