Our little pup, Roscoe passed away yesterday. I have never been through this before, but when I called to inquire about the process, Aiden answered and walked me through it. He said he would come to my house to get Roscoe as I didn’t want to pack up my 3 kids and take them with me to bring him in. When Aiden arrived he was so awesome. He was so patient, caring, and compassionate. He let me cry, even encouraged me not to hold it in. I can tell he truly cares about his job and the clients. He made a very heartbreaking situation easier and I can’t thank him enough for that. We plan to get Roscoe’s ashes back on Monday and I can’t wait to have him home again. Thank you guys!
