Our lil Rebel passed away on January 8th,2021.. We have never been through the process of cremation and unknown what to expect. Kyle helped us through the process and explained what would happen.. joked he was not a salesman and wanted to see if we wanted the paw print, knowing we could not get one later… So glad he brought it up cause we would have been disappointed if we had forgotten that step. They were true to their word on a 24 hour delivery and Thank you Jim for bringing him home. Everything was done excellent!!
