The process with Faithful Companion has been so comforting and positive. I called them on 12/23 at 5:30pm after losing our sweet little girl GiGi. I was expecting to hear they were closed for the holidays, however they assured me that they were open. They were very kind and comforting assuring me that they would take very good care of our cat. In fact, they were open till 10pm giving us time to say goodbye without feeling rushed. They delivered a very nice cherry wood box by 1:00 the next day (Christmas Eve). I’m glad she is home with us. I really appreciate the professional process along with their thoughtfulness. Thank you so much!
