Tragedy struck our family on April 6th when our great Dane passed away. As pet owners we all know that this is the dark day we all face. Rick was a godsend. He was professional, respectful, polite and sincere. He let us grieve. There was no rush. He was patient and kind. He walked us through what was to come next and helped solidify our arrangements. In under 12 hours our friend was returned to us in a beautiful urn with our love engraved for all to see. In a very hard day these are the people you want helping you through it. Thank you Rick.
