A word of sincere praise for the Charlotte staff. We are a couple of 70+ y.o. stroke victims who lost two cats at the same time. When I asked about having to pay the full rate for each cat, The very courteous staff promptly reduced the fee more than I thought they should have. Their caring attitude was the one ray of light in our lives on that darkest of days. I would have happily paid more, but evidently it’s not all about money here. Thank you for your ministry.
