Our family was faced with the loss of our sweet and gentle basset mix Lucy during the chaos of the Covid 19 pandemic. In this scary and uncertain time, not only did they take care of her but called the very next morning and delivered her to our home, safety precautions in place. She was delivered in the urn we chose for her with a card and bookmark with the Rainbow Bridge poem, all of this in a lovely gift bag, such care for detail and to show respect as a member of our family. As unprepared as we were for this loss, the staff at the Charlotte location took great care to make sure we were comforted. Thank you to all involved. Your kindness means to much!
