We’ve never been through this before as a family so we didn’t know what to expect. Our Sally was returned to us less than 24 hours later, personally delivered by a staff member who called ahead to say he was coming. She is in a beautiful carved box with her name on it and the date of her passing. They also included information on pet loss support groups in our area and other ways that we can memorialize our Sally. We have six other fur babies so, when the time comes, we will absolutely use Faithful Companion again. Highly recommend.
