    Rufus you were so much more to us than just a cat. You were Ash’s best friend, Chris’s playmate, Tay’s cuddlebug, Nate’s tag team partner, Blakey’s pillow. You were my fluffbutt who always at my feet. You made Daddy a cat person since you never took no for an answer. We tried so hard to save you and it just wasn’t enough for that I’m sorry. I hope you find Bear and wait for us at the rainbow bridge. We love you forever and always.
