    My sweet baby boy, I am so sorry I let you down. I wish I could take it back. Your were my best friend and I loved you so much. You were the best dog and I will never forget you. I am so lost without my Romes. You didn’t deserve to die. I am so sorry honey. Say hey to grandpa for me And I will see your sweet face again one day. Goodbye sweetheart.

      Searching the internet to share my grief...just said my Goodbye's to the love of my life, Darla (Yorkie). Actually I didn't say goodbye, just kept repeating how much I loved her as she was put to sleep in my arms. We shared the most beautiful love and my heart is empty..stomach aches...and arms are desperate to hold her again. Seeing what others have shared seems to help for the moment. In reading your memorial, I can feel your grief. I'm sure your precious baby, Romeo wouldn't think you let him down. We've all had moments that we wish we could take back or undo. I'm trying desperately to focus on the wonderful memories that we were lucky enough to share. I share your grief more than you know.
